Richard is from Bangor N Ireland. He studied French/Spanish at Queen’s University, Belfast and Drama at the Royal Welsh College, Cardiff.

His recent one man show “How To Bury A Dead Mule” premiered at the Lyric Theatre, Belfast in 2022 and was nominated for Best New Play at the UK Theatre Awards. It then had an acclaimed run at the Pleasance Dome as part of Edinburgh Fringe 2023. As well as writing and producing the show, Richard also wrote the score. He currently has a new play in development.
